KVM: x86 emulator: implement rdmsr and wrmsr
Allow real-mode emulation of rdmsr and wrmsr. This allows smp Windows to boot, presumably for its sipi trampoline. Signed-off-by: Avi Kivity <avi@qumranet.com>
