Geert Uytterhoeven 7e28060a5e ps3: Correct debug message in dma_ioc0_map_pages()
It reports the failure of a call to lv1_put_iopte(), not
lv1_map_device_dma_region().

Geert Uytterhoeven 5c6fc8db76 powerpc/cell: Extract duplicated IOPTE_* to <asm/iommu.h>
Both arch/powerpc/platforms/cell/iommu.c and arch/powerpc/platforms/ps3/mm.c
contain the same Cell IOMMU page table entry definitions. Extract them and move
them to <asm/iommu.h>, while adding a CBE_ prefix.
This also allows them to be used by drivers.

Geoff Levand 0047656e2a powerpc/ps3: Move ps3_mm_add_memory to device_initcall
Change the PS3 hotplug memory routine ps3_mm_add_memory() from
a core_initcall to a device_initcall.

core_initcall routines run before the powerpc topology_init()
startup routine, which is a subsys_initcall, resulting in
failure of ps3_mm_add_memory() when CONFIG_NUMA=y. When
ps3_mm_add_memory() fails the system will boot with just the
128 MiB of boot memory

Stephen Rothwell b17b3df161 powerpc/ps3: The lv1_ routines have u64 parameters
We just fix up the reference parameters as the others are dealt with by
arithmetic promotion rules and don't cause warnings.

This removes warnings like this:

arch/powerpc/platforms/ps3/interrupt.c:327: warning: passing argument 1 of 'lv1_construct_event_receive_port' from incompatible pointer type

Also, these:

drivers/ps3/ps3-vuart.c:462: warning: passing argument 4 of 'ps3_vuart_raw_read' from incompatible pointer type
drivers/ps3/ps3-vuart.c:592: warning: passing argument 4 of 'ps3_vuart_raw_read' from incompatible pointer type

Stephen Rothwell 494fd07a88 powerpc/ps3: Use dma_addr_t down through the stack
Push the dma_addr_t type usage all the way down to where the actual
values are manipulated.

Now that u64 is "unsigned long long", this removes warnings like:

arch/powerpc/platforms/ps3/system-bus.c:532: warning: passing argument 4 of 'ps3_dma_map' from incompatible pointer type

Geoff Levand ecc240f90b [POWERPC] PS3: Fix memory hotplug
A change was made to walk_memory_resource() in commit
4b119e21d0 that added a
check of find_lmb(). Add the coresponding lmb_add()
call to ps3_mm_add_memory() so that that check will
succeed.

This fixes the condition where the PS3 boots up with
only the 128 MiB of boot memory, and doesn't see the
other 128MiB that is available.

Geoff Levand bafdb64577 [POWERPC] PS3: Bootwrapper support.
Add support to build the PS3 flash rom image and remove some unneeded
lmb calls.

The PS3's lv1 loader supports loading gzipped binary images from flash
rom to addr zero. The loader enters the image at addr 0x100.

In this implementation a bootwrapper overlay is use to arrange for the
kernel to be loaded to addr zero and to have a suitable bootwrapper
entry at 0x100. To construct the rom image, 0x100 bytes from offset
0x100 in the kernel is copied to the bootwrapper symbol
__system_reset_kernel. The 0x100 bytes at the bootwrapper symbol
__system_reset_overlay is then copied to offset 0x100. At runtime the
bootwrapper program copies the 0x100 bytes at __system_reset_kernel to
addr 0x100.

zImage.ps3 is a wrapped image that contains a flat device tree, an lv1
compatible entry point, and an optional initrd. otheros.bld is the gzip
compresed rom image built from zImage.ps3. otheros.bld is suitable for
programming into the PS3 boot flash memory.

Geoff Levand 6bb5cf1025 [POWERPC] PS3: System-bus rework
Rework the PS3 system bus to unify device support.
 - DMA region sizes must be a power of two
 - storage bus DMA updates:
  - Small fixes for the PS3 DMA core:
      o fix alignment bug
      o kill superfluous test
      o indentation
      o spelling
      o export ps3_dma_region_{create,free}()
  - ps3_dma_region_init():
o Add `addr' and `len' parameters, so you can create a DMA region that
does not cover all memory (use `NULL' and `0' to cover all memory).
This is needed because there are not sufficient IOMMU resources to have
all DMA regions cover all memory.
      o Uninline
  - Added remove and shutdown routines to all drivers.
  - Added loadable module support to all drivers.
  - Added HV calls for iopte management (needed by sound driver).

Arnd Bergmann e22ba7e381 [POWERPC] ps3: multiplatform build fixes
A few code paths need to check whether or not they are running
on the PS3's LV1 hypervisor before making hcalls. This introduces
a new firmware feature bit for this, FW_FEATURE_PS3_LV1.

Now when both PS3 and IBM_CELL_BLADE are enabled, but not PSERIES,
FW_FEATURE_PS3_LV1 and FW_FEATURE_LPAR get enabled at compile time,
which is a bug. The same problem can also happen for (PPC_ISERIES &&
!PPC_PSERIES && PPC_SOMETHING_ELSE). In order to solve this, I
introduce a new CONFIG_PPC_NATIVE option that is set when at least
one platform is selected that can run without a hypervisor and then
turns the firmware feature check into a run-time option.

The new cell oprofile support that was recently merged does not
work on hypervisor based platforms like the PS3, therefore make
it depend on PPC_CELL_NATIVE instead of PPC_CELL. This may change
if we get oprofile support for PS3.
