Paul Mundt	cd1408f22d	sh: mach-sh03: Give the sh03 rtc its own spinlock. This converts the sh03 rtc code off of using the global rtc_lock and on to its own spinlock. This flattens out the board directories in to individual mach groups, we will use this for getting rid of unneeded directories, simplifying the build system, and becoming more coherent with the refactored arch/sh/include topology.
