Anssi Hannula 27a9c17930 HID: add support for another version of 0e8f:0003 device in hid-pl 
Add support for another version of 0e8f:0003 device into hid-pl driver.
This device has the values in separate fields and resembles devices
handled by hid-zpff.

Jiri Slaby 795750197f HID: convert to dev_* prints 
Since we have a real device bound to a driver, we may use struct
device for printing. Use dev_* functions instead of printks in
4 drivers.
