Ingo Molnar f6bc2666ed [PATCH] fix deadlock in drivers/pci/msi.c 
The lock validator caught another one: drivers/pci/msi.c is accessing
&irq_desc[i].lock with interrupts enabled (!).

The fix is to disable interrupts properly.
