David Brownell 33e34dc6ee SPI kerneldoc Various documentation updates for the SPI infrastructure, to clarify things that may not have been clear, to cope with lack of editing, and fix omissions. Also, plug SPI into the kernel-api DocBook template, and fix all the resulting glitches in document generation.
