Michael Ellerman 76bfdcf71c powerpc: Use PPC_LONG and PPC_LONG_ALIGN in lib/string.S
Replace ifdef clutter with the PPC_LONG and PPC_LONG_ALIGN macros
for readability.

No change to the generated code.
