bcachefs: Factor out darray resize slowpath
Move the slowpath (actually growing the darray) to an out-of-line function; also, add some helpers for the upcoming btree write buffer rewrite. Signed-off-by: Kent Overstreet <kent.overstreet@linux.dev>
