gpio: documenatation: fix GPIO_LOOKUP{,_IDX} documentation
The 'dev_id' parameter of the GPIO_LOOKUP{,_IDX} macros were removed by
commit ad824783fb
("gpio: better lookup method for platform GPIOs").
Update the documentation to reflect that.
