Jeff Dike c539ab7307 uml: remove PAGE_SIZE from libc code
Distros seem to be removing PAGE_SIZE from asm/page.h. So, the libc side of
UML should stop using it.

I replace it with UM_KERN_PAGE_SIZE, which is defined to be the same as
PAGE_SIZE on the kernel side of the house. I could also use getpagesize(),
but it's more important that UML have the same value of PAGE_SIZE everywhere.
It's conceivable that it could be built with a larger PAGE_SIZE, and use of
getpagesize() would break that badly.

PAGE_MASK got the same treatment, as it is closely tied to PAGE_SIZE.

Jeff Dike 57598fd7b3 uml: remove task_protections
Replaced task_protections with stack_protections since they do the same
thing, and task_protections was misnamed anyway.

This needs THREAD_SIZE, so that's imported via common-offsets.h

Also tidied up the code in the vicinity.

Jeff Dike 377fad3acb uml: kernel segfaults should dump proper registers
If there's a segfault inside the kernel, we want a dump of the registers at
the point of the segfault, not the registers at the point of calling panic or
the last userspace registers.

sig_handler_common_skas now uses a static register set in the case of a
SIGSEGV to avoid messing up the process registers if the segfault turns out to
be non-fatal.

The architecture sigcontext-to-pt_regs copying code was repurposed to copy
data out of the SEGV stack frame.

Paolo 'Blaisorblade' Giarrusso 2465b8580a [PATCH] uml: allow using again x86/x86_64 crypto code
Enable compilation of x86_64 crypto code;, and add the needed constant to make
the code compile again (that macro was added to i386 asm-offsets between
2.6.17 and 2.6.18, in 6c2bb98bc3).

Al Viro ecba97d4aa [PATCH] uml makefiles sanitized
UML makefiles sanitized:
 - number of generated headers reduced to 2 (from user-offsets.c and
kernel-offsets.c resp.). The rest is made constant and simply
   includes those two.
 - mk_... helpers are gone now that we don't need to generate these
   headers
 - arch/um/include2 removed since everything under arch/um/include/sysdep
is constant now and symlink can point straight to source tree.
 - dependencies seriously simplified.

Paolo 'Blaisorblade' Giarrusso 41c79dc382 [PATCH] uml: fix bogus HOST_ELF_CLASS symbol name
Even if with a bit of misunderstanding, Al fixed this in commit
95608261da.

Well, the symbol was intended to come from userspace (it exists there on normal
host), but since some hosts may miss that, using the kernel one is just as fine.
However, rename it to be named consistently with the rest.

Actually, he missed converting ELFCLASS32 to coming from kernel headers. For
consistence, add ELFCLASS64 too.

viro@ZenIV.linux.org.uk 95608261da [PATCH] bogus symbol used in arch/um/os-Linux/elf_aux.c
elf_aux is userland code; it uses symbol (ELF_CLASS) that doesn't exist in
userland headers; pulled into kernel-offsets.h, switched elf_aux to using it.

Al Viro a31769ed3e [PATCH] uml: cross-build support : kernel_offsets
The next group of helpers is a bit trickier - they want the constants similar
to those in user-offsets.h, but we need target sc.h for it. So we can't put
that into user-offsets (sc.h depends on it) and need the second generated
header for that stuff (kernel-offsets.h. BFD...
