Torben Hohn ec2dff2feb arm/mach-clps711x: Switch do_timer() to xtime_update() 
do_timer() requires holding the xtime_lock, which this
code did not do. Use the safe version xtime_update()

Russell King a09e64fbc0 [ARM] Move include/asm-arm/arch-* to arch/arm/*/include/mach 
This just leaves include/asm-arm/plat-* to deal with.
